GPA is a family owned and operated educational facility servicing the greater Athens, Georgia area. Backed by 40 years experience in the early childhood industry, we believe in building family educational relationships for your child's future school success. Research shows early learning programs have a positive impact on children's cognitive skills and/or school outcomes. Early learning programs also have a positive impact on children's emotional and behavioral outcomes. At GPA we strive to work with parents to meet your child's needs developmentally, mentally, and socially. Our goal is to have your child ready for the excitement of school success. We encourage you to be involved with your child's early learning program. Through our children's performance programs, parent meetings, classroom programs, and parent conferences, you will be able to support your child's early learning. Our Director is always readily available to listen to parental concerns or answer questions you may have concerning your child or our programs. Having a working educational relationship is a priority to us in meeting your child's needs.

Our Staff

Our staff all have expierence in early childhood education. Each have gone through extensive background checks and GPA Orientation and training. Our staff members participate professionally in continued education and training. We believe our continued professional efforts help us to continue to meet the needs for your child.

Our teachers on staff are responsible for lesson plans, planning activities, and assessments of individual children in their classroom. During parental conferences, they can discuss with you the achievements your child has made. They can also discuss future goals and how your child might achieve those milestones. Parents will have access to assessments upon registration for public or private school.
